I'm putting a fairly neutral account of my experience here for information purposes. I am fully aware that had I been Palestinian, my treatment would have been far worse. As I write this, eight Palestinians have been killed by torture, ill-treatement and medical negligence since the breakout from the Gaza concentration camp.

20 November The Israeli army and the illegal settlers are keeping the South Hebron Hills under siege . This is the only access road left to Shib alButm. Even in a jeep it's a difficult drive. We are walking towards the main (army contolled/settler) road, after a night of presence in the village. Every day, the army bulldozers tear up Palestinian roads. Most villages in #masaferyatta have been cut off from Yatta and Hebron over the last few days by army roadblocks.
